ManageCo provides property management SMS communications including account notifications, service updates, maintenance coordination, inspection scheduling, lease renewal notices, and responsive customer support for tenants and property owners.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity. Most users receive between 2 and 10 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Other opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
